This black with a white pin stripe shorts and vest is a Throw back to the 1990s. This set can be worn with or without a top under the vest. The shorts have a zipper front with elastic in the back. The inseam of the shorts is 4”. Pair the shorts with a different top too! The vest has faux slash pockets and is fully lined. It can also be worn with other pants and skirts. Such a versatile set!
