Creamy white textured crinkle fabric printed with black pokadots in a tiered ruffle dress, what could be better? Oddi created this gorgeous summer dress with a smocked bodice that is accented with black piping and a tie at the center. The smocking both back and front makes for a perfect fit. The sleeves are bubbles that come right above the elbows. The sleeves are elastic at the top so you can pull them down for an off the shoulder look. There are 3 tiers to the skirt making it extra floaty. The dress hits right above the knee on most. This dress is available in S-M-L.
